Great hub, I was wondering what you personally thought an adequate amount of sleep should be. I generally don't sleep more than 5 hours a night, any more than that and I feel worse off! Less than that is a tragedy though.

Hi, Thooghun, I just could not get by with 5 hours. Actually, I go between 8 and 9 hours of sleep a night. I think it really depends upon your age and level of activity. I tend to workout hard on certain days. When I do an hour of exhausting cardio I am usually wiped out and sleep longer. I also work late into the night on our site Tophealthspot.com. I write all of our blog. So I tend to sleep longer in the morning hours :)
